Orcon is offering small businesses with less than five staff an extra two phone lines for an additional $25 a month. Orcon CEO Scott Bartlett says there is no contract period and free local calling remains. “Calls can step down to the next available number and then on to voicemail if every line is busy, it's an elegant solution,” he says.

The deal is only available to customers in Auckland and central Wellington - where Orcon has installed its own equipment in the exchanges.
