LG launches CordZero A9L vacuums in Australia from AUD $599
LG Electronics has introduced its new CordZero A9L series of handstick vacuums in Australia, with features aimed at increasing household cleaning efficiency.
The new CordZero A9L lineup, which has received recognition such as the 'Most Recommended Stick Vacuum' in the 2025 Finder Awards and the CHOICE Best Brand for handstick vacuums in both 2024 and 2025, features enhanced suction, longer runtimes, and usability improvements.
Market demands
Data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics shows that the majority of Australians participate in domestic activities, with women spending an average of 3 hours and 23 minutes on housework daily and men spending 2 hours and 38 minutes. This context highlights a requirement for more effective home cleaning solutions.

Performance and features
The CordZero A9L range includes five models and offers up to 37.5% more suction compared to previous models, producing up to 220W suction power in Turbo Mode, as measured under IEC standards. The improved battery life provides users with up to 120 minutes of runtime using dual batteries on selected models.
Key features include an auto-emptying dustbin function available on two models, allowing for hands-free disposal of vacuum contents. The A9L-TITAN model incorporates a Power Drive Mop nozzle that enables vacuuming and mopping in a single pass.
All models feature the DUAL Floor Max Nozzle with an integrated LED light, which assists users in identifying and cleaning hidden dust and debris on both carpeted and hard floors without changing attachments.
Practicality and design
The handstick vacuums retain a lightweight form at 2.88kg for ease of use during prolonged cleaning sessions. Across the range, washable filters support straightforward maintenance, and thumb touch control is used for all operation modes. Models are offered in a selection of colours: graphite, beige, and black, to accommodate different interior styles.
The full CordZero A9L range comprises five variants: the A9L-TITAN, A9L-TOWER, A9L-AQUA, A9L-MULTI, and A9L-PRIME. Pricing ranges from AUD $1,199 for the A9L-TITAN to AUD $599 for the A9L-PRIME. Specifications such as included batteries, docking solutions, and special features vary by model.
