Logitech G325 LIGHTSPEED headset launches at AUD $199.95
Logitech G has announced the G325 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset, priced at AUD $199.95 in Australia.
The company positions the headset as a lower-priced wireless option with cross-platform support across PC, console, and mobile. It combines LIGHTSPEED wireless and Bluetooth connectivity, and it includes onboard controls.
"We want all gamers to have premium experiences," said Ujesh Desai, General Manager, Logitech G. "That's why we packed so much into the new G325 headset. It's got a super comfortable design, long battery life, great audio, and works across PC, console, and mobile. It's designed for gamers who love to play across a variety of platforms."
Wireless options
The G325 uses LIGHTSPEED wireless with a USB dongle for compatible devices. Logitech G also includes Bluetooth 5.2 for connections to phones and other mobile devices.
The company says users can switch between connections with a button press. Logitech G links that function with use cases such as moving between games, calls, and music.
The headset includes controls on the device, including power, Bluetooth, volume, and mute. Logitech G says this approach keeps essential functions within easy reach during use.
Battery claims
Logitech G says the G325 delivers more than 24 hours of continuous battery life. The company describes the figure as suitable for extended daily use across gaming and other activities.
Design choices
The G325 weighs 212g, according to Logitech G. The company describes the headset as lightweight and aimed at long sessions.
Logitech G includes plush ear cushions and what it calls a modern fit. The headset comes in three colour options: lilac, black, and white.
Audio and mic
Logitech G lists 24-bit audio as a feature of the G325. The company says the headset produces detailed sound across different game genres, including titles such as Fortnite, Baldur's Gate, and Monster Hunter Wilds.
The headset includes an integrated beam-forming microphone. Logitech G says it delivers clear voice quality across gaming devices, including during calls.
Software integration
The G325 integrates with Logitech G HUB and a mobile app, according to the company. Logitech G says users can adjust EQ and microphone settings through the software.
Logitech G also lists optional AI-powered noise reduction as part of the software feature set. The company says users can enable the function across devices, including on PC, console, and mobile.
Market context
Wireless headsets have become a core accessory category for console and PC gaming, with vendors increasingly adding multi-device connectivity as players spread their time across platforms. Logitech G's latest launch sits in a segment that often competes on battery life, comfort, microphone quality, and ease of switching between devices.
"We want all gamers to have premium experiences," said Ujesh Desai, General Manager, Logitech G. "That's why we packed so much into the new G325 headset. It's got a super comfortable design, long battery life, great audio, and works across PC, console, and mobile. It's designed for gamers who love to play across a variety of platforms," added Desai.
Logitech G said the G325 supports PC, console, and mobile use through its combination of LIGHTSPEED wireless and Bluetooth connectivity.
