Samsung launches Galaxy Tab S10 FE range with AI in Australia

Thu, 17th Apr 2025

Samsung Electronics Australia has officially released the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ across Australia.

The new devices are the latest additions to Samsung's Galaxy ecosystem and mark the first FE series tablets to incorporate AI functionality as a standard feature from launch.

These tablets are presented with what Samsung describes as a premium design, aiming to balance portability and robust performance for users seeking devices suitable for productivity and leisure activities.

Both models debut with Samsung's Intelligent Features, designed to enhance the user experience for entertainment, studying, and daily tasks. The manufacturer has also highlighted features such as long-lasting durability, enhanced security measures, and an increased screen size, intended to facilitate creativity and multitasking for owners.

Eric Chou, Vice President of Mobile eXperience at Samsung Australia, said, "The Galaxy Tab S10 FE series offers Australians a trustworthy, high quality tablet without the premium price tag. With the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series' performance upgrades and a larger, immersive viewing experience, we hope Australians will be able to enjoy more, and accomplish more, with less effort."

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE series is now on sale with a variety of configurations and colour options. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Wi-Fi) model is offered in Grey, Silver, and Light Blue, starting at AUD $849 for the 128GB version. The 5G variant is available in Grey only at a starting price of AUD $1,049 for the 128GB configuration. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ (Wi-Fi) is available in Grey, Silver, and Light Blue from AUD $1,099 for 128GB, while the 5G version comes in Grey at AUD $1,299 for the same storage.

For a limited time, customers purchasing through Samsung.com and Samsung Experience Stores, as well as select open channel retailers, can opt for double storage—256GB for the price of 128GB—on both the Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+ models. This promotion runs from 17 April 2025 to 14 May 2025.

Those with eligible old devices can use Samsung's Trade In credit towards the new Galaxy Tab S10 FE and FE+ purchases.

Carrier-specific offers are also available. At Telstra, from 17 April to 29 May 2025, buyers can save AUD $250 when purchasing the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ on a plan. Optus will run a promotion from 7 May to 25 May 2025, allowing customers to obtain the Tab S10 FE+ for the price of the Tab S10 FE when committing to a 36-month data plan. Vodafone offers a similar AUD $250 saving on the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ through plans purchased between 17 April and 29 May 2025.

These launch offers aim to provide incentives for early adopters and those seeking to upgrade their current tablet devices, particularly as Samsung positions these tablets as entry points into their wider ecosystem.

Both tablets are intended to appeal to users who value portability, security, and a larger, high-clarity display, combined with the integration of AI-powered features uncommon in previous FE models. Samsung reports that these specifications are tailored for tasks ranging from creative work to study and multimedia consumption.
