LG unveils Black Friday appliance deals with up to 50% off

LG Electronics has introduced a wave of discounts on its home appliances, televisions and computer monitors for Black Friday. The company is offering price reductions of up to 50% on selected products with additional incentives for members purchasing online in Australia. The discounted prices are available until early December.

Major price reductions

Significant price cuts have been applied to several LG appliances and consumer technology products. The highlight among monitors is the UltraGear 39-inch OLED Monitor (39GX90SA-W) which is now priced at AUD $1,399, down from the recommended retail price of AUD $2,799. This represents a 50% discount.

In the laundry appliance segment, the Series 9 Front Load Washer TurboClean360 (WV9-1412b) is now available at AUD $991.38, a 38% decrease from its original AUD $1,599 price point. Newly added to the sale are the Series 5 Washer Dryer Combo (WVC5-1410W), reduced 28% to AUD $999, and the WashTower Stacked Washer Dryer (WWT-1209B) now at AUD $2,992, marking a 25% discount.

The pricing promotion extends to smaller appliances as well. The LG 24L Smart Inverter Dehumidifier (DD12GMWE0) is being sold for AUD $699.30, reduced by 30% from its AUD $999 original price. The Series 5 Slim Front Load Washer (WV5-1208W) is also included, with the price dropping 25% to AUD $599.01.

Cleaning technology savings

LG's range of vacuum products features discounts as high as 42%. The CordZero Handstick Vac (A9K-EVOLVE) is now at AUD $688 from AUD $999, a saving of 30%. The CordZero Robot Vac R5 (R5-PRO) is offered at AUD $399, down 42% from AUD $699.

There are additional offers on the Kompressor Canister Vacuum (KV-CORE), now AUD $179 which reflects a 40% price reduction, and the lightweight CordZero Handstick Vac (A9-ACE) selling at AUD $249 after a 37% cut from its regular price of AUD $399.

Member-exclusive benefits

Customers purchasing through LG's Australian website can access further benefits if they are members. These include free delivery, trade-in bonuses ranging between AUD $100 and AUD $400, and a welcome coupon valued at AUD $50 to apply toward purchases.

Consumer demand

Retail data indicates that televisions, monitors and major appliances are among the fastest-selling items during major sales periods, with price sensitivity driving consumer decisions. Interest in home appliances typically increases ahead of the holiday season as households look to upgrade or replace essential goods.
