Reolink launches 4K dual-lens floodlight camera in Australia
Reolink has launched its TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi camera in Australia, adding a dual-lens 4K pan-tilt-zoom model with integrated floodlighting to its home security range.
The company said the product combines two lenses with motorised movement for all-round coverage. It also includes on-device video search and a built-in siren. Reolink said it does not require an ongoing subscription.
TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi is a hardwired camera. Reolink said it is now available in Australia through its own online store and Amazon. The recommended retail price is AUD $399.99.
Dual-lens design
Reolink positions TrackFlex as a model that reduces blind spots around a property. The company said the unit uses a 4K wide-angle lens and a 6x hybrid zoom lens.
Reolink said the two video feeds appear on one screen in the Reolink app. The company said the camera can switch between focal lengths while tracking movement.
The product belongs to Reolink's floodlight camera series. It sits in a segment where vendors increasingly bundle cameras with lighting and app-based alerts, as households add more connected security devices.
Local search
Reolink said TrackFlex includes a feature it calls Local AI Video Search. The company said users can search recorded footage using text descriptions.
Reolink said the system can identify people, vehicles, animals and packages. It said processing happens on the device rather than in the cloud.
TrackFlex is powered by the cutting-edge ReoNeura AI system, featuring the Local AI Video Search.
Floodlight and siren
Reolink said the TrackFlex floodlight reaches up to 3,000 lumens. The company said the LEDs are dimmable and designed to provide colour footage at night.
The camera includes a siren rated at 110 dB, according to Reolink. The company said the light can operate in manual or automatic modes.
Reolink also said TrackFlex supports adjustable colour temperature settings. It listed options of 6,500K cool light and 3,000K warm light.
Motion sensing
TrackFlex also includes what Reolink calls Out-of-View Detection. The company said it uses three passive infrared sensors.
Reolink said the sensor array covers 270 degrees and detects motion at distances of 2 to 10 metres. It also set out an installation height of 2 to 3 metres.
Reolink said this feature is intended to capture activity outside the camera's immediate field of view. It said the device can then respond by tracking motion.
Awards claims
Reolink said TrackFlex received industry recognition after being shown at IFA Berlin 2025. The company said it was named an IFA Innovation Awards Honoree and received 19 "Best of IFA 2025" awards from media and technology outlets.
It cited awards from TechRadar and BGR. Reolink said the recognition related to the camera's horizontal coverage, 4K video quality and tracking features.
Recently winning the IFA Innovation Awards Honoree after making a strong debut at IFA Berlin 2025, TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi won a total of 19 "Best of IFA 2025" awards from top mass media and tech outlets, including TechRadar's Best of IFA 2025 Award, and the BGR IFA Innovation Award 2025.
