Tineco debuts FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Series vacuums in Australia
Tineco has launched its FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Series, introducing two wet and dry vacuum models for the Australian market.
The FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Series consists of two variants: the S9 Artist Pro and the S9 Artist Steam. Both are designed to meet the cleaning expectations of modern households, combining specialised technologies with a focus on user-friendly and aesthetic considerations.
According to Tineco, the new models draw on several patented features. These include HyperSteam Technology, which is available on the S9 Artist Steam, and heats steam up to 140°C, ensuring the temperature at floor level remains at least 99°C. Other technologies featured in both models are iLoop Smart Sensor, MHCBS Technology, and FlashDry deep self-cleaning, which are joined by new additions such as Smooth Drive technology, DualBlock Anti-Tangle Technology, and triple-edge cleaning.
A new 180° lay-flat HyperStretch Design has been implemented to ease cleaning under low furniture, and both models are equipped with advanced battery technology. This, according to Tineco, enables up to 75 minutes of run time on a single charge. The repositioned water tank aims to make the device easier to manoeuvre and lighter to handle, highlighting a focus on everyday convenience.
Tineco stated that the S9 Artist Series also represents a step towards integrating floorcare appliances more harmoniously into home environments, ensuring both function and form are considered. The devices are intended to remain on display in the home without clashing with contemporary design sensibilities.

The product launch comes shortly after Tineco was recognised as the number one global leader in the household wet and dry floor cleaner category by Euromonitor International, as measured by retail sales volume. Tineco reported that its products are now found in more than 14 million homes globally, including across Australia and New Zealand, North America, Europe, and Asia. The company holds 975 patents and 577 registered trademarks.
The FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Series includes multiple features aimed at simplifying cleaning. The FlashDry Technology allows users to activate a cleaning cycle from the pipe to the brush roller with one button, allegedly completing drying in five minutes through a combination of heated water and sealed drying at 85°C. DualBlock Anti-Tangle Design for the brush helps prevent clogging from hair and pet fur, while MHCBS Technology constantly rinses the brush during cleaning to avoid the reuse of dirty water.
The iLoop Smart Sensor monitors dirt levels and automatically adjusts suction and water flow in real time. The suction capacity is specified at 22kPa. Triple-sided edge cleaning on the S9 Artist Steam and dual-sided on the S9 Artist Pro are designed to ensure thorough cleaning along baseboards and corners.
Smooth Drive Technology is included to improve ease of movement, with omnidirectional wheels that adjust speed for optimal manoeuvrability. Other features include streak-free finishes thanks to Backtrack Water Erasure and the ability to handle both wet and dry messes on a variety of hard surfaces.
Smart settings automatically adjust cleaning modes based on floor type and dirt level, aiming for consistent results without user intervention.
For a limited time, Tineco is offering customers who purchase either model a bonus Tineco Go Mini Pet Hand Vacuum, with a recommended retail price of AUD $199, subject to terms and conditions and availability.
The FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Steam is available with a two-year warranty at a recommended retail price of AUD $1,499. The FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Pro is also covered by a two-year warranty and is priced at AUD $1,299. The S9 Artist Series is available through several national retailers, including Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Bing Lee, Costco, Retravision, Mobileciti, MyDeal, and Tech Sales Online.
